ONE OF THE LARGEST GERMAN CAR BANKS USES PARICON SOLUTIONS FOR THE LOCALIZATION OF DATA RELEVANT FOR DELETION AND FOR FULFILLING EU-GDPR REQUIREMENTS.

Similar to many SAP customers, the large automobile bank has been operating a dispositive SAP system productively for over ten years. The bank uses our data reduction framework for the initial and regular deletion of customer and business data - and thus meets all requirements of the EU-DSGVO. Archiving and deleting data in productive SAP systems is particularly critical, since consistency must not be destroyed under any circumstances. All actions must be logged in a traceable and audit-proof manner. In addition, there must of course be clarity about any retention periods on the departmental side that conflict with a planned deletion.

THE ADVANTAGES ARE OBVIOUS

"By using the data reduction framework, we were able to implement a significant cleanup of the SAP Bank Analyzer system in just a few weeks. The flexible object selection options and the high processing performance are a useful addition to the SAP onboard resources for archiving and cleansing, enabling the deletion of several million data records in a low hourly rate. One of the largest German automotive banks has benefited greatly from this.“
